You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. Coolaworld shall not be liable for any special indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage or for any awards of punitive or aggravated damages relating to your participation or inability to participate in the Coolaworld programme. The Coolaworld website includes links to the websites of third party merchants. Neither Coolaworld nor Plan B Digital is responsible for the content of these third party merchant websites, nor for any goods, information or services supplied through or in connection with them. Use of (and purchases from) these third party websites will be subject to each merchant's own Terms and Conditions, which you should also read. Coolaworld and Plan B Digital assume no responsibility with respect to your use of any third party merchant's website. Any dealings you may enter into with any third parties, including any merchants or advertisers referred to, listed or linked to on the Coolaworld website will be solely between you and such third parties, including any transactions for the purchase of goods or services from such third parties. All such dealings will be subject to the merchant's Terms and Conditions, and privacy policies, applicable to such transactions. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that you and such merchants comply with all applicable laws in connection with any such transactions. You agree that Coolaworld shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such dealings or transactions including, without limitation, any returns, refunds, or any product liability claims. Please be aware that additional terms may apply to any purchases you make. These terms may contain important information relating to the product, which might affect your right to claim compensation or a refund. It is your responsibility to make a note of these and to ask for more details at the time of purchase if necessary. Third Party Charges

Coolaworld is not responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs as a result of dealings with any merchant or other third parties referred to, listed or linked to, on the Coolaworld website.

Accuracy of Information

Although our reasonable efforts are used to ensure that the Coolaworld website is current, no assurance is given that the information about items of merchandise displayed on the Coolaworld website is completely accurate in terms of price, availability or description.

Coolaworld membership

You must register on the Coolaworld website to become a member. Coolaworld members shall ensure that their personal profile is up-to-date and accurate. You agree to promptly notify Coolaworld of any change in your e-mail address or personal profile by updating your personal information at the “My Account” section of the Coolaworld website. We may end your membership in the scheme immediately (ensuring that we process any refunds we owe you in line with these Terms and Conditions) if we reasonably believe that you have acted in a way that harms the scheme or any distributor.

These actions may include but are not limited to:
· illegal or fraudulent activities;
· collecting Coolacredits dishonestly or in a way that breaks these terms and conditions;
· hostile, abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff or the staff of merchants or distributors;
· knowingly providing us with false or misleading information.
Coolaworld shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Coolacredits into your Coolaworld account

All credits awards are a percentage of our commission and are based only on the price of the product. Shipping charges, tax, and gift wrapping, for example, are not used in the calculation of Coolacredits. All one-time Coolacredits are paid after all qualifying terms of service have been met with the merchant offering the Coolacredits. Coolaworld is only able to track and award Coolacredits for purchase transactions that have been made by members whilst logged in to Coolaworld, and accessing the merchant’s website through the “shop now” link on the merchant’s profile page. The transactions you make are with the individual merchant, not with Coolaworld. All offers displayed on the Coolaworld website are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to ensure offers are correctly illustrated and reported back but reserve the right not to allocate Coolacredits and do not accept liability for any software or hardware failure on the merchant’s side. Your Coolaworld account will only be credited with your Coolacredits when the merchant confirms your transaction and has issued the funds that will allow Coolaworld to award Coolacredits. Sometimes this happens within 2 weeks, although often our merchants process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 35-90 days). In the case of travel, no Coolacredits will be awarded prior to completion of travel date. Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed, the credits payment will not be made. You are reminded that Coolacredits credited to your Coolaworld account may be cancelled if the merchant from whom you have ordered goods or services advises us that the transaction between you and the merchant was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn’t pay for products or services for which the rewards were issued). If you have been awarded Coolacredits on a purchase that was subsequently returned and refunded, Coolaworld will charge you the amount of the overpaid Coolacredits amount through your Coolaworld account. In the case of travel, Coolacredits will be awarded 45-90 days after the travel is completed. Coolacredits payments may be delayed if the merchant is late in confirming your transaction and has not issued the funds that will allow Coolaworld to award Coolacredits. Often our merchants do not process transactions until their returns policy date has expired.

Using your Coolacredits

You can use your Coolacredits in 2 ways:

1 – Use Coolacredits for personal rewards
You can convert your Coolacredits into an eCoupon which can be used for online shopping with a selection of cool merchants. When you select the “use credits” option, you will be taken to a page detailing a number of preset eCoupon denominations. When you click on an eCoupon denomination, Coolaworld checks your account balance to ensure that you have sufficient Coolacredits to cover the value of the eCoupon. A confirmation message will then appear: once you confirm, the appropriate number of Coolacredits will debited from your account and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your eCoupon code. You can then proceed to a cool merchant’s site to shop. At check-out, you will need to enter your eCoupon code into the cool merchant’s promotion code field.

2 – Donate Coolacredits to Cool Projects
You can donate your Coolacredits to Coolaworld’s planet-saving Cool Projects. When you select the “donate credits” option, you will be taken to a page detailing a number of preset eDonation denominations. When you click on a preset eDonation denomination, Coolaworld checks your account balance to ensure that you have sufficient Coolacredits to cover the value of the eDonation. A confirmation message will then appear: once you confirm, the appropriate number of Coolacredits will be debited from your account and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to thank you for donating the specified number of Coolacredits to Cool Projects.

Coolaworld eDonation Terms & Conditions

i. The coolaworld eDonation allows You to donate to the charities associated with coolaworld’s Cool Projects.

ii. Coolaworld is not responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have regarding the recipient organisation's use of your eDonation. Please note that the recipient organisation reserves the right to use your donation for its general purposes. Coolaworld cannot guarantee that funds will be earmarked for a particular appeal, unless specifically stated by the recipient organisation itself.

Unused Coolacredits

Any Coolacredits which remain unused in your account for a period of 12 months shall automatically be donated to Cool Projects.
